Usualy after receiving a job offer you will be given few days to accept or reject an offer.
Most organizations sent their offers by email, but they can call you. Then you have to deside:
- Will the organization be a good place to work?
- Will the job be interesting?
- Are there any advancements?
- What about fair salary?
